Order Processing & Shipping Time
We aim to ship within two business days of receipt of your payment confirmation. Fresh orders are shipped UPS overnight, and smoked and frozen products are shipped UPS Second Day Air. (Frozen products are shipped in insulated boxes and packed with Dry Ice or Gel Ice and are stored overnight in UPS freezers. Your seafood should arrive in a semi-frozen or chilled state. In the event your product is thawed, but still cold, it is fine to put it in your freezer.) If you require special shipping or delivery (i.e. rural orders, faster delivery, etc.) please contact us via email or call us toll free at 1.888.283.1099, and we can arrange this at your cost.
Unavailable orders
Rarely we may take payment in good faith and later find out we are not able to fulfill the order. If this occurs you will be issued a full refund as soon as possible.
Satisfaction
If you are not happy with your order we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
